This Privacy Policy governs the apps and services ("Service") published by Appisode Technologies FZCO ("Appisode", "we", "us", "our"). Using any Appisode app means you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

Information Collection

Some apps request access to your address book so you can connect with contacts already using the Service. We also collect usage statistics, device information, IP address, and bandwidth data to help maintain and improve our apps.

If you choose to share content with other users inside an app, we may not be able to remove it from our servers once it's shared.

We share data with affiliates and service providers under confidentiality obligations, only as needed to operate, maintain, and improve the Service. You can access, update, or delete your profile and account data at any time from within the app, or by contacting us directly. You always control what information you choose to share with us through the Service.

Camera & Biometric Data

Where an Appisode app processes facial or other biometric data — for example, camera filters or AR features — that data is purged no later than 30 days after it's created, and processed on-device wherever technically feasible.

GDPR Rights

If you're located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the GDPR, including the right to access, correct, or erase your data, request data portability, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at new@appisode.co.
