Effective October 18, 2026. This Privacy Policy applies to every app designed, developed, and operated by Appisode.

Introduction

This Privacy Policy governs the apps and services ("Service") published by Appisode Technologies FZCO ("Appisode", "we", "us", "our"). Using any Appisode app means you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

Information Collection

We may collect personal data when you register for an account, such as your email address, location, gender, and name. Some apps request access to your address book so you can connect with contacts already using the Service. We also collect usage statistics, device information, IP address, and bandwidth data to help maintain and improve our apps.

If you choose to share content with other users inside an app, we may not be able to remove it from our servers once it's shared.

Sharing Practices

We share data with affiliates and service providers under confidentiality obligations, only as needed to operate, maintain, and improve the Service. We will not rent or sell your information to third parties without your consent, except as described in this Privacy Policy. We may share aggregated, anonymized data that doesn't identify you with advertisers and business partners.

Purchases & Ad Measurement

Subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google and managed through RevenueCat, which stores an anonymous app user ID, your purchase history, and basic app events (for example, which screen opened the subscription offer) so we can unlock paid features and restore purchases.

On Android, when the app starts, your device's advertising ID, App Set ID, Google Play install referrer, and IP address are sent to Appstack to measure which advertising campaign led to your install, and the resulting Appstack ID and campaign details are linked to your subscription record in RevenueCat. We do this based on our legitimate interest in measuring our advertising. Your Android ID is never sent, and your advertising ID is never linked to it. You can delete or reset your advertising ID at any time in Android Settings > Google > Ads (it is then sent as zeros); to have your Appstack data deleted, email new@appisode.co. On iOS, the same measurement happens only after you allow tracking in Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. Your advertising ID is never sold. These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union.

VPN Services

Where an Appisode app provides a VPN, the encrypted tunnel is run by our VPN infrastructure provider. To issue connection credentials and operate the tunnel, the provider processes an anonymous device token, your platform (Android or iOS), your current IP address, and the server location you select. Appisode does not inspect, log, or store your browsing history, DNS queries, traffic content, or the addresses you connect to, and VPN traffic is never used for advertising or sold. The country and city derived from your IP address, connection details, and speed-test results are shown and stored on your device; technical IP-lookup and speed-test requests are handled by Cloudflare. On Android the app uses the system VpnService only to create the encrypted tunnel you turn on, and you can disconnect at any time from the app or the notification.

Data Usage

We use the information we collect to verify your identity, deliver the Service, enable profile sharing where applicable, send administrative communications, and prevent fraud.

User Control

You can access, update, or delete your profile and account data at any time from within the app, or by contacting us directly. You always control what information you choose to share with us through the Service.

Camera & Biometric Data

Where an Appisode app processes facial or other biometric data — for example, camera filters or AR features — that data is purged no later than 30 days after it's created, and processed on-device wherever technically feasible.

GDPR Rights

If you're located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the GDPR, including the right to access, correct, or erase your data, request data portability, withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent (such as iOS tracking), and object to processing based on our legitimate interests (such as Android ad measurement). Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — check back periodically for changes. We'll notify you by posting the revised policy on this page. This Privacy Policy is effective as of October 18, 2026.
