License to Use

By downloading or using any app published by Appisode, these Terms automatically apply to you — read them carefully before continuing. You're not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of it, or our trademarks in any way, and you're not allowed to extract its source code, translate it into other languages, or create derivative versions. The app itself, and all trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, remain the property of Appisode Technologies FZCO ("Appisode", "we", "us").

Service Commitment & Charges

Appisode is committed to making our apps as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to an app, or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for an app or its services without first making it clear exactly what you're paying for.

Your Responsibility & Security

Our apps store and process personal data that you provide to us, in order to deliver the Service. It's your responsibility to keep your phone and your access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your device — the process of removing software restrictions imposed by the official operating system — as it can make your phone vulnerable to malware and viruses, compromise its built-in security features, and may mean the app doesn't work properly, or at all.

Third-Party Services

Our apps use third-party services that have their own terms and conditions, including:

• Google Play Services
• Apple App Store Terms of Service

Connectivity & Data Costs

Certain features require an active internet connection over Wi-Fi or your mobile network. Appisode can't take responsibility if an app doesn't work at full functionality because you don't have Wi-Fi access and have used up your data allowance.

If you use the app outside of a Wi-Fi area, the terms of your agreement with your mobile network provider still apply — you may be charged for data used while accessing the app, including roaming charges if you use the app outside your home territory without disabling data roaming. By using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges. If you're not the bill payer for your device, we assume you've received permission from the bill payer.

Service Reliability

We do our best to keep every app updated and accurate, but we rely in part on third parties to supply information that we make available to you through the app. Appisode accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that results from relying entirely on this functionality. Similarly, we can't take responsibility for how you use the app — for example, if your device runs out of battery and you can't access the Service.

Updates & Termination

We may update our apps from time to time. They're currently available on iOS and Android (and any platform we later extend to); requirements for each may change, and you'll need to install updates to keep using the app. We don't promise an app will always be updated to remain relevant to you or compatible with every OS version, but you agree to accept updates when offered. We may also stop providing an app and terminate your use of it at any time, without notice. Unless we say otherwise, upon termination: (a) the rights and licences granted to you under these Terms end; (b) you must stop using the app and, where applicable, delete it from your device.

Abuse Prevention

To keep our apps stable and secure, we monitor usage for patterns that suggest misuse or abuse, and may temporarily restrict access when we detect it. Any restriction is lifted automatically once it's no longer needed. By using our apps, you agree to these safeguards; if you believe your access was restricted in error, contact our support team.

Refunds

If you request a refund, your activity logs may be shared with the App Store or Google Play, where needed, to help verify your usage of the app and ensure refund claims are reviewed fairly.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time — check back periodically for changes. We'll notify you by posting the revised Terms on this page. These Terms are effective as of July 22, 2026.
